The Qualcomm Wireless Academy (QWA) released a QXDM advanced training seminar to offer engineers the opportunity to take their wireless skills to the next level. In this article, we discuss what this advanced training entails and how you can sign up.
About QWA’s QXDM Advanced Technical Training
Taught by experienced Qualcomm Technologies engineers who work directly with QXDM, this course acts as an advanced add-on to our QXDM log analysis courses. In this course, you’ll apply the subjects taught in the QXDM 4G Log Analysis and QXDM 5G Log Analysis courses by experiencing a lab demo with Qualcomm Technologies engineers. In this demo, you’ll look over the shoulder of our engineers and learn how they configure and use QXDM for log collection of a 5G NSA scenario.
Specifically, this course covers the following, among other topics:
- An engaging lab demo, where you learn how to configure QXDM windows for log collection while running through the various stages of a 5G NSA call
- Managing connections of a Qualcomm® Mobile Test Platform (Qualcomm Mobile Test Platform is a product of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries)
- Setting up QXDM for log collection
- Configuring KPI metrics
- Adding, activating, and deactivating Qualcomm tools licenses

How to Sign Up for QXDM Advanced Technical Training
If your company has an active QXDM license, you may request training for this course here. Please note that your company must have an active QXDM license to gain access to this course.
This course by itself costs $200/student. However, if you purchase it along with either our QXDM 4G Log Analysis or QXDM 5G Log Analysis course, you will receive a $100 discount. Our 4G log analysis course costs $250/student and the 5G course costs $350/student.
